Vancouver, BC, February 21, 2014 - Aurcana Corporation ("Aurcana" or the "Company") (TSXV: AUN, OTCQX: AUNFF) wishes to announce that Andrew Kaczmarek, interim Chief Operating Officer and Director of Aurcana has resigned effective immediately due to personal reasons.
