Kevin Drover
President, CEO and Director


Mr. Drover has more than 40 years of both domestic and international experience in operations, project development, management and process re-engineering, with both developing and producing companies.
Mr. Drover was the Chief Operating Officer of Glencairn Gold Corporation, responsible for two gold mining operations located in Latin America. Prior to joining Glencairn, he was the Vice President of Operations for Kinross Gold Corporation, overseeing six operating mines located in various parts of the World. He has considerable experience in turning around challenging projects and has worked in operations located in Canada, Russia, Peru, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and the USA.

During his career, Mr. Drover also worked for Oracle Mining, Black Hawk Mining, Lac Minerals, BP Canada Resources, Noranda Mining, Dome Mines and The Iron Ore Company of Canada.

Salvador Huerta, BA Accounting and Administration

With training at Harvard Business School, Mr. Huerta has over 30 years work experience as a CFO for large multinational Companies, such as: H.J. Heinz; Timex Corp; Rheem Manufacturing and other global Mexico based Groups. Mr. Huerta has extensive knowledge and experience in business, finances, manufacturing, planning, treasury and accounting, as well as international joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Aurcana, he acted as an investment opportunities advisor for Nichimen Japanese Co, now Sojits Corporation a large multinational corporation with 483 subsidiaries all over the world. Mr. Huerta is Fluent in English and Spanish

Alfonso Canseco Hernández, Eng
Director of Operations and General Manager, La Negra Mine


Mr. Canseco has more than 38 years of experience in mine management.He is a Graduate Engineer in Mining and Metallurgy of the "Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México".
Prior to joining La Negra Mine, Mr. Canseco worked with Grupo Mexico (IMMSA) as Mine Supervisor and Mine Assistant Superintendent. He also held the position of Manager with Peñoles Group, Director of Mining Constructions for the Ministry of Economy, Manager of Minera Guadalupe, Minera Victoria, Minera Nukay as well as Project Assistant with Baja Mining in Santa Rosalía, B.C.S.
Mr Canseco also worked as a full-time Professor of mathematics at the Colegio of Bachilleres in Mexico.

Robert Tweedy

Mr. Robert Tweedy is a corporate director. He is the Chairman of Useppa Holdings Limited, a private management company. Mr. Tweedy is currently the Chairman of Aurcana Corporation and STT Enviro Corporation. Mr. Tweedy is a past Director of TransAmerica Life Insurance Company of Canada, Rockwater Capital Corp., the Toronto Hospital Foundation Board, and has served as President and CEO of a number of private and public companies. He is a past Chairman of the Young President's Organization, Ontario Chapter, and currently a member of the World Presidents' Organization. He earned his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and his Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University. In 2003, he was awarded the H.M. The Queen's Gold Jubilee Medal.

Jerry Blackwell
Director
Jerry Blackwell, is a self-employed consulting geologist with 40 years' experience in the mining industry. Mr. Blackwell graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1974 and is a registered professional geoscientist in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. He is a director of Gitennes Exploration Inc. and served as President from 1993 until 2012. Mr. Blackwell is known for his involvement in early-stage projects exploring for gold, base metals and uranium, and has been involved in identifying and delineating discoveries in Canada and Peru. He has been an officer and director of numerous junior resource companies and continues as a technical advisor to several BC-based companies exploring in South America, Mexico, as well as the US and Canada.

Adrian Aguirre

Adrian Aguirre, is a Certified Public Accountant and has many business interests including acting as a Board Member to IncoEnergia, SA de CV, Chairman of the Board to Proreciclaje Ambiental JRAP, SA de CV, both private companies located in Mexico and is a founding Board Member of Teleton, the largest privately held rehabilitation facilities system for children worldwide, which in recent years has also provided help in the treatment of children diagnosed with Autism and Cancer. He was Vice Chairman of the Board for Maxcom Telecomunicaciones, a NYSE listed provider of telecommunications in Mexico from December 2008 to September 2013 and was Chairman of the Board from 1996 to 2008. Previous to his involvement with Maxcom, Mr. Aguirre was Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Radio Centro, a NYSE company, and Mexico's leading radio broadcaster and held the highest position as Chairman of the Directive Board from 1990 until 1992 at Camara Nacional de la Industria de Radio y Television, AC and was active in various roles until 1999.

Jose Manuel Borquez

Mr. Jose Manuel Borquez is an attorney based in Santiago, Chile who has worked in the natural resources sector for 25 years. An International Natural Resources lawyer specialized in Latin America, he is a graduate of the School of Law of the Universidad de Chile with Law, Economics and International Relations studies at the graduate level at the Diplomatic Academy of Chile (1985-1986) and at Georgetown University Law Center and the School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C. (1987/1988). He was admitted to the Bar in Chile in 1985. He has been involved in assignments throughout the Americas as well as Africa and the Middle East. Clients range from multinational mining companies to privately-owned mines, financial institutions and government agencies. Corporate clients of note have included Placer Dome Inc, Antofagasta, Xstrata and Codelco, among many other companies. His broad experience in the precious metals and base metals sectors ranges from exploration and mining to reclamation.

Lenic Rodriguez MA

Mr. Rodriguez is an Honors Business Graduate and Master of Science Graduate from IberoAmericana University, a Jesuit education institute, considered as one of the top private Universities in Mexico. At just 30 years of age, he was among the top 100 executives in Mexico. Mr. Rodriguez was also a founding member of the Mexican Chapter of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Econometrics Forecasting Associates, founded by the Economics Nobel Laureate, Dr. Lawrence R. Klein. He has broad experience as an entrepreneur and financier and has been instrumental in raising hundreds of millions of dollars for private and public companies in Mexico, Canada and US.

Prior to joining Aurcana, Mr Rodriguez created a JV with Phillip Holzmann AG from Western Germany, the world's second largest general contractor, at the time. His vast knowledge and global business experience was instrumental in growing Aurcana Corporation from an exploration company, to being one of the fastest growing silver producers today.
